Pat teaches educational seminars for salon employees, and is a committee member and curriculum advisor for several beauty academies and technical schools. Together, they actively seek out opportunities to learn more about changes in the industry, traveling the world to share the latest style trends, techniques and product innovations with their team. Committed to client satisfaction, they lavish their staff with the best education, both in-house and at seminars across the country.
