You can schedule an appointment in person, by phone and online. We recommend all clients to schedule their appointments at the beginning of the week. We will remind you of your appointment and confirm it 24 hours in advance. If you are running late for an appointment, please call us so that we can reschedule.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
If you want to cancel your appointment, we request you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. How do I choose the right treatment?
Our expert stylists can make recommendations to fit your specific wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a specific hair or skin treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.
4. What should I wear for a salon or spa treatment?
You can come as you are. No special clothing is necessary. If you have booked spa services, you will be provided a robe and towels. Your comfort is extremely important to us.
