Ron Cusamano, owner and Artistic Director of Ultimate Image Salon & Spa, has traveled throughout the U.S., Canada and England for education. He has also attended The Summit Salon Business College in Tampa, Florida for business development with a system of certifications through advanced education. His in-salon training program allows all stylists to add current seasonal trends, techniques and product knowledge from a list of our industry’s professional educators.
Ron, as an educator himself, brings out the unique talent in each staff member with a program to advance their career and profide their guests with extraordinary customer service personalized to exceed their needs and expectations.

Regina
Master Stylist

Regina joined the team at Ultimate Image as a stylist Assistant in 2001. She graduated from the Lansdale School of Cosmetology in 2002 and became a full time stylist in 2003. She has since become a Master Stylist.
Regina is constantly keeps herself updated with education. Amongst many in-salon classes with Redken, Pureology, Sebastian and TIGI Artists. Regina has also attended The Redken Exchange in NYC and The Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, NV. Regina has also attended classes conducted by Redken’s Global Artist Sam Villa.
Regina became certified in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment in 2007. She is always following the most current trends in haircolor, cutting and styling. Many clients will say Regina is always changing her look with new colors and styles.

Cherie
Master Stylist

Cherie has had a passion to be a hairstylist since childhood. Immediately after High School she fulfilled her dream and worked at Ultimate Image for ten years, then took a break to raise her two children. Now she is back in the industry at Ultimate Image with fresh inspiration. Ultimate Image and Cherie have always been driven by education with a passion to excel in services for the needs of the guests. Cherie specializes in all aspects, including haircuts,all haircolor services, perming, straighteners and styling such as updo’s finishing and blow drying. She also provides nail, make up and waxing services.

Cherie has furthered her education at The Redken Exchange in NYC. She attended workshops with some of the top Redken Artists in the Industry which include several haircutting classes, a four day advanced color class,a finishing class and most recently joined her co-workers at The Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, NV. Cherie has over 25 years experience and would be glad to meet any and all of your needs and wishes.

Dawn
Salon Manager

Dawn joined the Ultimate Image team as a part time client service representative many years ago. She soon realized this was where her passion was. Twenty plus years later, as our salon manager, Dawn is happy to say she still loves it all! From handling the day to day salon operations, scheduling bridal parties to implementing a new computer system, she always has a smile on her face. It is her pleasure to welcome every guest to our salon and make sure the experience they have with Ultimate Image is comfortable, relaxing and meets their needs. Dawn will invite you back for another experience.
Always thirsty for knowledge, Dawn has attended The Summit Salon Business College and The Redken Mastery Program to name a few. Though the salon is very important to her, number one is her husband and their golden retriever. Dawn enjoys traveling, music and NASCAR Races.

Shannon
Esthetician & Nail Technician

Shannon has been part of the beauty industry for over 16 years. She has been a member of the Ultimate Image Salon & Spa staff for 8 years. Shannon specializes in Skin Care and Nail Care and embraces each clients needs with specialized treatments, microdermabrasion, skin peels, complete waxing services lash & brow tinting and makeup application.
Shannon specializes in acrylic nail enhancements, natural nail manicure and pedicures and gel nail services.
Her talents are enhanced with advanced education with Skin Ceuticals Medical Skincare Seminars and Product Knowledge. She recently attended The Redken Symposium in Las Vegas, NV and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Health Science with a Major in Nutrition & Dietetics. Shannon’s lifestyle is enhanced as a plant based vegan.

Joanne Bacchi Rosini
Educational Director

If you're a regular at Ultimate Image Salon and Spa, you already know that Joanne is one of our more tenured stylists. Her rich history in hair style and design makes her a valued stylist among our clients.

A graduate of Central Montgomery County Vocational School, Joanne has enriched her skills with certifications from Redken, Sebastian, Trucco, Youngblood Cosmetics and Marcia Brazilian Keratin Treatments. Her thirst for learning more about current trends in hair fashion is evidenced by her roster of certifications.

In her own words, Joanne expresses that, "If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I love being part of the Ultimate team and working with our clients." She adds, "It's very rewarding to see a client leave with a great style and feeling great. To think I had a part in that makes me very happy."

In her spare time, Joanne is interested in exercise, travel, and plant based eating. She is an amazing cook and creates delicious vegan recipes for friends and family. You'll also find her visiting New York City where she enjoys taking in shows and visiting with friends.

Angela
Educational Director

Angela is certified colorist at Ultimate Image Salon & Spa. She has over 25 years of professional experience and is highly admired by her clients. Consultations through strong communication skills is noted as one of her strongest assets. Her passion is hair coloring and is ignited by her enthusiastic desire for learning. There is not a year that goes by without her attending many training sessions to enhance her service quality for her clients.
Angela serves as The Educational Director at Ultimate Image as she mentors young aspiring stylists with a customized “on the job” training program. Angela received recognition as a Redken Certified Colorist in 2012. She is also certified by The American Cancer Society and volunteers at Einstein Hospital for the “Look Good, Feel Better” program. Her enthusiastic desire for learning recently took her to Las Vegas for the prestigious Redken Symposium.
Angela is very active in her church. She enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family. She lives with her husband, two cats and a dog.

Rebecca Rankowski
Massage Therapist

Rebecca is the Massage Therapist at Ultimate Image. She is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Rebecca was given the Theresa Cosimano award as a symbol of her distinction as a massage therapy student. Rebecca is excited to offer Swedish Massage, Myofascial Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, traction and Gentle Stretches. She is respectful of each client and strives to provide a space that is comfortable, safe and in tune with what the body needs while delivering a compassionate touch. Allow yourself to enter a world of soothing relaxation through therapeutic healing.
